The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series visited Richmond Raceway on Saturday afternoon in the Black’s Tire 250 Presented by BTS Rewards. This race was supposed to take place on Friday night, but rain postponed the event. Shane van Gisbergen started the race on the pole, with Kaden Honeycutt starting second.
Kaden Honeycutt dominated the race, leading 225 of 250 laps, including winning both stages to win his second race of the season by 1.313 seconds over Corey Heim. Christian Eckes, Shane van Gisbergen, and Grant Enfinger rounded out the top five. Jake Garcia, Chandler Smith, Tristian McKee, and Gio Ruggiero completed the top ten.
There were six lead changes and three cautions for 24 laps. Among the drivers who brought the caution was Stewart Friesen, who crashed into the wall at Turn 2. Layne Riggs had pit-road issues and finished in 15th place. He still holds the No. 1 spot for the 2026 Race to the Chase. Kaden Honeycutt clinched the second spot, and Chandler Smith clinched the third spot.
The Craftsman Truck Series concludes the regular season next Saturday at New Hampshire Motor Speedway at 1:30 pm on FS1.
