Houston Gamblers quarterback Clayton Thorson went 9/17 for 73-yards, one touchdown, one interception, and two carries for four yards. Running back Mark Thompson led Houston with 13 carries for 71-yards.
Meanwhile, JoJo Ward led the Gamblers in receiving with seven catches for 48-yards, and wide receiver Isaiah Zuber had two catches for 34-yards and one touchdown. The defense had one sack, one interception, two pass breakups, and one touchdown.
For the Panthers, quarterbacks Shea Patterson and Paxton Lynch combined for 19/30 for 193-yards, one touchdown, and one interception.
Panthers running back Stevie Scott III had 18 carries for 72-yards and one touchdown. Lance Lenoir Jr. led Michigan in receiving with six catches for 71-yards and one touchdown. The defense had one sack, one interception, and four pass breakups.
