The Calgary Stampeders signed offensive lineman Kamar Missouri, defensive linemen Tomasi Laulile and Nevaeh Sanders, linebacker Kai Hill-Green, and defensive backs Devin Grant and Jacob Taylor to the practice squad on Tuesday.
Kamar Missouri is six foot five and weighs 310 pounds. The 24-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, signed with the Las Vegas Raiders as an undrafted free agent on May 4, 2026. In 2026, he played in three preseason games. The Raiders released him from the practice squad on September 4, 2026.
Collegiately, Missouri spent four seasons at Rutgers (2020-23), starting four games at right tackle in 19 games for the Scarlet Knights. Then, he transferred to the University of Texas at San Antonio (2024-25), starting left tackle in 26 games for the Roadrunners. He played a total of 1,807 snaps, was charged with four penalties, and allowed three sacks in two seasons.
Tomasi Laulile is six foot three and weighs 300 pounds. The 31-year-old from Westlake, California, did not appear in any games for the Lions in 2026 as he was on the six-game injured list. The Lions released him on July 29, 2026.

Nevaeh Sanders is six foot two and weighs 208 pounds. The 24-year-old from Flint, Michigan, attended the Seattle Seahawks rookie minicamp in 2026.
Collegiately, Sanders spent two seasons at Iowa Western Community College (2021-22), where he was named to the President’s Honor Roll in the Summer and Fall of 2021 and Spring of 2022. He did not play a game for the Reivers. Next, he transferred to Northern Illinois (2023-24) with 12 tackles (9 solos, 3 assists), 7.5 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, one pass breakup, and two forced fumbles in 23 games for the Huskies.
Then, he transferred to Mississippi State University in 2025 with 12 tackles (7 solos, 5 assists), one tackle for loss, one sack, and two blocked kicks in 13 games for the Bulldogs.
Kai Hill-Green is six foot one and weighs 224 pounds. The 25-year-old from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, signed with the Los Angeles Rams as an undrafted free agent on May 11, 2026. In 2026, he made nine tackles (4 solos, 5 assists) and one pass breakup in three preseason games. The Rams released him on August 29, 2026.
Collegiately, Hill-Green spent two seasons at the University of Michigan (2020-21) with 51 tackles (35 solos, 16 assists), 2.5 tackles for loss, and one pass breakup in 17 games for the Wolverines. Next, he transferred to Charlotte in 2023, where he was named Third Team All-AAC after finishing the season with 73 tackles (48 solos, 25 assists), nine tackles for loss, two sacks, three pass breakups, and one forced fumble in 11 games for the 49ers.
Then, Hill-Green transferred to the University of Colorado in 2024, where he was named Second Team All-PAC-12 after finishing the season with 73 tackles (47 solos, 26 assists), 8.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, two interceptions, and five pass breakups in 10 games for the Buffaloes.
Hill-Green concluded his collegiate career at the University of Alabama in 2025 with 60 tackles (36 solos, 24 assists), five tackles for loss, three pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery in 15 games for the Crimson Tide.
Devin Grant is six foot three and weighs 221 pounds. The 22-year-old from Flushing, New York, signed with the Los Angeles Chargers as an undrafted free agent on May 8, 2026. Jacob Taylor is six foot one and weighs 215 pounds. The 24-year-old from Beaumont, Alberta, made three tackles and two tackles on special teams in five games for the Elks in 2024. The Elks released him on May 2, 2025.
The Edmonton Elks drafted Taylor in the second round (18th pick) of the 2023 CFL Draft. In 2023, he made one tackle and nine tackles on special teams in 17 games.
