The Saskatchewan Roughriders signed running back Quali Conley on Saturday.
Quali Conley is five foot ten and weighs 211 pounds. The 23-year-old from Fresno, California, signed with the Montreal Alouettes on January 5, 2026. He spent time in training camp before the Alouettes released him on May 14, 2026.
The Cincinnati Bengals signed Conley as an undrafted free agent on May 9, 2025. In 2025, Conley had seven carries for 28 yards and one rushing touchdown in two preseason games. The Bengals released him on August 25, 2025.
Collegiately, Conley spent three seasons at Utah Tech (2020-22) with 338 carries for 1,758 yards, 13 rushing touchdowns, 50 catches for 447 yards, three touchdowns, three kick returns for 24 yards, and two tackles (2 solos) in 27 games for the Trailblazers. In 2022, he was named First Team All-WAC with 186 carries for 1,095 yards, eight rushing touchdowns, and 12 catches for 89 yards in 11 games.
Next, he transferred to San Jose State University in 2023 with 131 carries for 842 yards, nine rushing touchdowns, and 27 catches for 269 yards in 13 games for the Spartans. He was named Fourth Team All-Mountain West by Phil Steele.
Then, he transferred to Arizona in 2024 with 150 carries for 745 yards, eight rushing touchdowns, 39 catches for 245 yards, one touchdown, two kick returns for 37 yards, and one tackle (1 assist) in 12 games for the Wildcats.
