The CFL held the 2026 CFL Draft on Tuesday night. The Lions selected seven players in the draft. Here are the draft results.
Nate DeMontagnac is six foot three and weighs 195 pounds. The 23-year-old from Mississauga, Ontario, was drafted by the B.C. Lions in the first round (7th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, DeMontagnac spent five seasons at the University of North Dakota (2021-25) with 64 catches for 775 yards, four touchdowns, two kick returns for 55 yards, one punt return for nine yards, and two tackles (2 solos) in 40 games for the Fighting Hawks. In 2025, he made a career-high 38 catches for 462 yards and two touchdowns in 14 games.
Jett Elad is six foot one and weighs 205 pounds. The 25-year-old from Mississauga, Ontario, was drafted by the B.C. Lions in the second round (15th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Elad spent two seasons at Ohio (2019-20) with 11 tackles (11 solos), two interceptions, and four pass breakups in five games for the Bobcats. Next, he transferred to Garden City Community College in 2022 with 31 tackles (25 solos, 6 assists), one tackle for loss, and six pass breakups in 10 games for the Broncbusters.
Then, he transferred to UNLV (2023-24) with 141 tackles (90 solos, 51 assists), 7.5 tackles for loss, one sack, one interception, 13 pass breakups, and two fumble recoveries in 27 games for the Rebels. In 2024, he was named an All-Mountain West Honorable Mention after finishing the season with a career-high 84 tackles (54 solos, 30 assists), five tackles for loss, one sack, one interception, seven pass breakups, and one fumble recovery in 14 games. He was also named a two-time Cornish Trophy Finalist.
Elad concluded his collegiate career at Rutgers in 2025, where he was named an All-Big Ten Honorable Mention and a Cornish Trophy Finalist after finishing the season with 80 tackles (50 solos, 30 assists), three tackles for loss, two interceptions, three pass breakups, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, one blocked kick, and one punt return for 10 yards in 12 games for the Scarlet Knights.
Pierre Kemeni is six foot one and weighs 214 pounds. The 24-year-old from Milton, Ontario, was drafted by the B.C. Lions in the fourth round (36th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Kemeni spent three seasons at Ohio (2020-21, 2025) with 22 tackles (14 solos, 8 assists) and one pass breakup in 24 games for the Bobcats. In 2025, he made nine tackles (4 solos, 5 assists) in 12 games. Kemeni went to Texas State in 2022, but did not play for the Bobcats.
He also spent time at Garden City Community College in 2023 with 19 tackles (13 solos, 6 assists), one interception, and one pass breakup in six games for the Broncbusters, and one season at New Mexico in 2024 with two tackles (1 solo, 1 assist) in 10 games for the Lobos.
Nick Cenacle is six foot one and weighs 199 pounds. The 24-year-old from Montreal, Quebec, was drafted by the B.C. Lions in the fifth round (45th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Cenacle spent four seasons at Hawaii (2022-25) with 122 catches for 1,295 yards, nine touchdowns, four kick returns for 35 yards, six punt returns for 37 yards, and one tackle (1 solo) in 44 games for the Rainbow Warriors. In 2024, he made a career-high 63 catches for 721 yards, six touchdowns, two punt returns for 37 yards, and one tackle (1 solo) in 12 games. He caught a game-winning 22-yard touchdown against California to win the Hawaii Bowl.
Ethan Graham is six foot five and weighs 316 pounds. The 22-year-old from Regina, Saskatchewan, was drafted by the B.C. Lions in the sixth round (54th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Graham spent five seasons at the University of Regina (2021-25), playing left tackle in 32 games for the Rams. In 2025, he started seven games and was named a Canada West All-Star. In 2023, he caught a touchdown pass against Manitoba, becoming the second offensive lineman in Regina history to have a reception.
Chase Henning is six foot and weighs 207 pounds. The 23-year-old from Salmon Arm, British Columbia, was drafted by the B.C. Lions in the seventh round (63rd pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Henning spent three seasons at the University of British Columbia (2023-25) with 101 tackles (39 solos, 62 assists), 3.5 tackles for loss, one sack, and one forced fumble in 28 games for the Thunderbirds. In 2025, he made a career-high 43 tackles (15 solos, 28 assists) and two tackles for loss in eight games.
Ebenezer Dibula is six foot one and weighs 278 pounds. The 24-year-old from Ottawa, Ontario, was drafted by the B.C. Lions in the eighth round (72nd pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Dibula spent three seasons at Bethune-Cookman (2021, 2023-24) with 61 tackles (14 solos, 47 assists), four tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, one pass breakup, and one fumble recovery in 20 games for the Wildcats.
In 2022, he played for Minnesota State C&T with 22 tackles (7 solos, 15 assists), 2.5 tackles for loss, one sack, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and one pass breakup in eight games for the Spartans.
Dibula concluded his collegiate career at Kennesaw State in 2025 with six tackles (4 solos, 2 assists) and one pass breakup in six games for the Owls.
