On Tuesday, the Philadelphia Stars released defensive tackle Jerome Johnson. Johnson played five games for the Stars with nine tackles and 0.5 sacks. The Stars drafted Johnson in the 26th round of the USFL Draft.

Jerome Johnson (24-years-old) played 45 games in four seasons (2017-20) at Indiana with 111 tackles, 13.5 sacks, one interception, one pass breakup, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries, and one block on special teams. In 2021, Johnson was waived by the Miami Dolphins.
