The Montreal Alouettes signed wide receiver Charleston Rambo on Tuesday.

Charleston Rambo is six foot one and weighs 185 pounds. The 27-year-old from Cedar Hill, Texas, made 54 catches for 585 yards, three touchdowns, four kick returns for 73 yards, four punt returns for 43 yards, and one missed field goal return for 17 yards in 17 games, helping the Alouettes appear in the 112th Grey Cup against the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

The Carolina Panthers signed Rambo as an undrafted free agent in 2022. In 2022, he made three catches for 30 yards in three preseason games. The Panthers released him on August 30, 2022.

The Orlando Guardians of the XFL drafted Rambo in the first round (4th pick) of the 2022 XFL Draft. In 2023, Rambo finished second in receiving with 35 catches for 430 yards and four touchdowns in ten games.

After the season, Rambo signed with the Philadelphia Eagles on May 16, 2023, but injuries prevented him from playing in the preseason. The Montreal Alouettes signed Rambo on May 11, 2024. In 2024, he made 61 catches for 808 yards and five touchdowns in 18 games.

Collegiately, Rambo played four seasons at Oklahoma (2017-20) with 76 catches for 1,180 yards, nine touchdowns, four carries for 37 yards, 13 kick returns for 326 yards, one punt return for 11 yards, and five tackles (4 solos, 1 assist) in 36 games for the Sooners.

Then, Rambo transferred to Miami (FL) in 2021 with 79 catches for 1,172 yards and seven touchdowns in 12 games for the Hurricanes. He was named Second Team All-ACC.
