The Houston Texans signed former Louisville Kings defensive back Bryce Hall on Monday.
Bryce Hall is six foot one and weighs 202 pounds. The 28-year-old from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, signed with the Louisville Kings on February 9, 2026. In 2026, he made seven tackles (6 solos, 1 assist), one tackle for loss, one interception for 83 yards, one touchdown, one fumble recovery, and one pass breakup in eight games. He did not play in the UFL postseason when the Kings beat the D.C. Defenders to win the United Bowl.
The New York Jets drafted Hall in the fifth round (158th pick) of the 2020 NFL Draft. He spent four seasons in New York with 122 tackles (104 solos, 18 assists), five tackles for loss, two quarterback hits, half a sack, 21 pass breakups, one fumble recovery, and one touchdown in 39 games.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed Hall on March 18, 2024. In 2024, he made five tackles (4 solos, 1 assist) in three preseason games. Hall appeared in one regular-season game against the Washington Commanders. In 2025, he made two tackles (1 solo, 1 assist) in two preseason games. The Buccaneers released him on August 26, 2025, and he re-signed to the practice squad on August 27, 2025.
Collegiately, Hall spent four seasons at Virginia (2016-19) with 154 tackles (98 solos, 56 assists), 9.5 tackles for loss, four sacks, five interceptions for 51 yards, 39 pass breakups, three forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries in 44 games for the Cavaliers. He was named Second Team All-ACC in 2018, First Team Freshman All-ACC by Athlon Sports in 2016, VaSID Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2016, and All-American by Walter Camp, FWAA, Athlon Sports, College Football News, and Pro Football Focus.
