The Hamilton Tiger-Cats released offensive lineman Arvin Hosseini on Friday.

Arvin Hosseini is six foot five and weighs 300 pounds. The 22-year-old from North Vancouver, British Columbia, appeared in one preseason game in 2026. Hosseini did not play in the regular season as he dealt with an ankle injury.

Collegiately, Hosseini played four seasons at the University of British Columbia (2021-24), playing 27 games, of which 16 were starts for the Thunderbirds. He was named a Canada West All-Star in 2024 and helped UBC win the Hardy Cup and Mitchell Bowl championship in 2023.
