The Calgary Stampeders re-signed defensive lineman Khairi Manns and released defensive back Dolani Robinson on Tuesday.
Khairi Manns is six foot three and weighs 240 pounds. The 25-year-old from New Rochelle, New York, signed with the Calgary Stampeders on April 15, 2026. In 2026, he made two tackles and one tackle for a loss in two preseason games. The Stampeders released him on May 30, 2026.
Manns attended the New York Giants rookie minicamp in 2025. The D.C. Defenders signed Manns on March 10, 2026. He attended training camp before the team released him on March 19, 2026.
Collegiately, Manns spent three seasons at the University of Maine (2020-22) with 108 tackles (31 solos, 77 assists), 15.5 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks, one pass breakup, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery in 26 games for the Black Bears. In 2022, he made 43 tackles (8 solos, 35 assists), 6.5 tackles for loss, four sacks, and one forced fumble in 11 games.
Next, he transferred to Colorado in 2023 with nine tackles (6 solos, 3 assists), one tackle for loss, and one sack in 11 games for the Buffaloes. Then, he transferred to James Madison University in 2024 with a career-high 66 tackles (28 solos, 38 assists), 12.5 tackles for loss, nine sacks, two pass breakups, one forced fumble, and two fumble recoveries in 13 games for the Dukes. He was named Second Team All-Sun Belt, First Team All-ECAC, First Team VaSID All-State, Third Team All-American by HERO Sports, and JMU’s Defensive Lineman of the Year.
Dolani Robinson is six foot three and weighs 195 pounds. The 26-year-old from Toronto, Ontario, made one tackle in one preseason game. In the regular season, he made 13 tackles in two games in 2026.
The Calgary Stampeders signed Robinson on May 2, 2025. In 2025, he made two tackles and one tackle on special teams in two games. The Stampeders released him on May 31, 2025. They re-signed him on July 28, 2025. He made six tackles in six games.
Robinson played two seasons for the Westshore Rebels (2021-22) with 33 tackles (24 solos, 9 assists), one interception, three pass breakups, one fumble recovery, 13 catches for 123 yards, and 15 kick returns for 151 yards.
Collegiately, he played two seasons at the University of Regina (2023-24) with 45 tackles (34 solos, 11 assists) and nine pass breakups in 16 games for the Rams. He was named a Canada West All-Star in 2024.
In addition, wide receiver Matt Sibley was placed on the retired list as he is returning to the University of Calgary.
Matt Sibley is five foot ten and weighs 189 pounds. The 23-year-old from Calgary, Alberta, was drafted by the Calgary Stampeders in the fifth round (44th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft. In 2026, he made one catch for 17 yards in two preseason games. He spent several weeks on the practice squad.
Sibley played for the Okanagan Sun of the CJFL with seven catches, averaging 17.9 yards per catch. He also returned 11 kicks for an average of 30.5 yards and a touchdown.
Collegiately, Sibley spent four seasons at the University of Calgary (2022-25) with 105 catches for 1,302 yards, two carries for 12 yards, seven touchdowns, 27 kick returns for 585 yards, and 100 punt returns for 808 yards in 28 games for the Dinos. In 2025, he made a career-high 37 catches for 506 yards, two touchdowns, one carry for three yards, one kick return for 21 yards, and one punt return for six yards in six games.
