The Ottawa Redblacks released defensive back Jordan Perryman on Monday.

Jordan Perryman is six foot and weighs 202 pounds. The 27-year-old from Hanford, California, signed with the Ottawa Redblacks on May 6, 2026. Perryman made five tackles and one tackle on special teams against the Montreal Alouettes last Friday.

The Las Vegas Raiders signed Perryman as an undrafted free agent on May 12, 2023, but he did not play in the preseason due to an undisclosed injury. The Raiders released him on September 5, 2023.

The B.C. Lions signed Perryman on February 26, 2024. In 2024, he made seven tackles, six tackles on special teams, and one forced fumble in 10 games. The Lions released him on November 3, 2024.

Perryman re-signed with the B.C. Lions on December 19, 2024. In 2025, Perryman made six tackles in two preseason games. The Lions released him on June 1, 2025. The Saskatchewan Roughriders signed Perryman to the practice squad on October 7, 2025. They released him on October 29, 2025.

Collegiately, Perryman played five seasons at the University of California-Davis (2017-21) with 140 tackles (117 solos, 23 assists), 3.5 tackles for loss, four interceptions for 21 yards, 23 pass breakups, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and three kick returns for 35 yards in 42 games for the Aggies. He was named First Team All-Big Sky Conference and Third Team All-American by Phil Steele in 2021.

Then, Perryman transferred to Washington in 2022 with 37 tackles (25 solos, 12 assists) and one pass breakup in ten games for the Huskies.
