The B.C. Lions released defensive back Jamorri Colson on Friday, according to the CFL Transactions page.
Jamorri Colson is six foot and weighs 180 pounds. A native of Ocilla, Georgia, signed with the B.C. Lions on April 27, 2026.
Collegiately, Colson began his collegiate career at Iowa Western Community College (2020-22) with 31 tackles (26 solos, 5 assists), half a tackle for loss, one interception, 13 pass breakups, and one fumble recovery in 17 games for the Reivers. In 2022, he had a career-high 25 tackles (20 solos, 5 assists), half a tackle for loss, and 10 pass breakups in 12 games.
Then, he transferred to Washington State (2023-25) with 43 tackles (31 solos, 12 assists), one tackle for loss, two interceptions, nine pass breakups, and one forced fumble in 29 games for the Cougars. In 2025, he made 22 tackles (14 solos, 8 assists), one tackle for loss, and three pass breakups in 13 games.
