The St. Louis Battlehawks re-signed offensive lineman Abdul Beecham on Wednesday according to the UFL Transactions page.

Abdul Beecham is six foot two and weighs 321 pounds. The 29-year-old from West Point, New York, was drafted by the St. Louis Battlehawks in the 2026 UFL Draft. He attended training camp before the team released him on March 19, 2026.

Beecham signed with the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent on June 15, 2019. He was released by the Chiefs on August 20, 2019, and signed with the Los Angeles Rams on August 28, 2019. However, the Rams released him three days later.

Next, Beecham was drafted by the Pittsburgh Maulers in the sixth round (324th pick) of the 2022 USFL Supplemental Draft. He started ten games for the Maulers before becoming a free agent. Beecham signed with the Orlando Guardians (XFL) on January 29, 2023, and started 10 games.

The St. Louis Battlehawks drafted Beecham in the fifth round (36th pick) of the 2024 UFL Super Dispersal Draft. Beecham played two games for the Battlehawks in 2024.

The Battlehawks re-signed Beecham on August 6, 2024. In 2025, he appeared in two games before an injury sidelined him for the season.

Collegiately, Beecham played one season at Blinn College in 2015, playing nine games for the Buccaneers. He did not allow a sack as the Bucs finished the season 5-4, and he was named All-Southwest Junior College Football Conference Honorable Mention.

Then, he transferred to Kansas State (2016-18), playing guard in 33 games, of which 29 were starts for the Wildcats. In 2018, Kansas State’s offense finished third in the Big 12, averaging 182.6 rushing yards per game, including a 184.2-yard average in conference games to rank second, 208.6 rushing yards and 2.3 rushing touchdowns per game in the final seven contests after averaging 146.2 yards and 0.8 rushing touchdowns.
