The Calgary Stampeders released wide receiver Jeff Foreman on Wednesday.

Jeff Foreman is six foot and weighs 186 pounds. The 26-year-old from Wichita, Kansas, signed with the Calgary Stampeders on January 5, 2026.

The Las Vegas Raiders signed Foreman as an undrafted free agent on May 10, 2024. In 2024, he did not see any action as he was placed on injured reserve. The Raiders released him on May 9, 2025.

Collegiately, Foreman spent five seasons at Arkansas State University (2019-23) with 104 catches for 2,067 yards, 13 touchdowns, completed 1 of 2 passes (50%) for 48 yards, one touchdown, 17 kick returns for 377 yards, and eight tackles (7 solos, 1 assist), and one fumble recovery in 58 games for the Red Wolves. In 2023, he made 29 catches for 573 yards, four touchdowns, and two tackles (2 solos) in 13 games.
