The Dallas Renegades signed defensive tackle Kevin Strong Jr. on Tuesday according to the UFL Transactions page.

Kevin Strong Jr. is six foot four and weighs 295 pounds. The 29-year-old from Cleveland, Texas, signed with the Detroit Lions as an undrafted free agent on May 10, 2019. He also spent time with the Tennessee Titans, Arizona Cardinals, and the Los Angeles Rams.

Strong Jr. made 95 tackles (56 solos, 39 assists), six tackles for loss, five quarterback hits, 3.5 sacks, four pass breakups, and one fumble recovery in 50 games, of which 13 were starts.

Collegiately, Strong Jr. spent five seasons at the University of Texas at San Antonio (2014-18) with 106 tackles (54 solos, 52 assists), 27 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, three pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery in 48 games for the Roadrunners. He was named Second Team All-Conference USA in 2017 and an All-Conference USA Honorable Mention in 2018.
