The Penn State Nittany Lions (3-5, 0-5) visited Ohio Stadium on Saturday afternoon against the Ohio State Buckeyes (8-0, 5-0). Penn State’s offense had 200 yards (145 yards passing, 55 yards rushing), 15 first downs, and the team was penalized two times for 30 yards in a 38-14 loss to the Buckeyes for their fifth consecutive loss.

Quarterback Ethan Grunkemeyer completed 19 of 28 passes (67.8%) for 145 yards, one interception, and four carries for -39 yards. Running back Kaytron Allen had 21 carries for 76 yards and one rushing touchdown, while Nicholas Singleton had six carries for 18 yards, one rushing touchdown, and three catches for 28 yards.

Wide receiver Koby Howard made one catch for 26 yards, while Devonte Ross made five catches for 26 yards. The defense allowed 480 yards (316 yards passing, 164 yards rushing), 22 first downs, with 55 tackles, four tackles for loss, and one pass breakup.

The Nittany Lions will look to snap their five-game losing streak next Saturday against Indiana. Time to be determined.
