Rutgers quarterback Evan Simon throws a touchdown pass in 66-7 win
On Saturday afternoon at SHI Stadium, the Rutgers Scarlet Knights picked up their second win of the season, 66-7 over the Wagner Seahawks.
Rutgers quarterback Evan Simon was 10/13 for 156 yards and two touchdowns. Running back Samuel Brown V had 12 carries for 66 yards and two touchdowns, while wide receiver Aron Cruickshank had four catches for 64 yards and one touchdown.
Rutgers’ defense allowed 145 yards, 60 tackles, two sacks, and nine pass breakups. Rutgers visits the Temple Owls next Saturday at 2 pm on ESPN+.
