The NTT IndyCar Series held qualifying on Saturday afternoon to set the field for Sunday’s Bommarito Automotive Group 500 from World Wide Technology Raceway.
Will Power won the pole with a lap time of 49.9088 seconds at 180.329 mph. It was his first pole of the season and the 700th for Team Penske. Starting in second place is Scott McLaughlin with a lap time of 50.0603 at 179.783 mph.
