
The Toronto Argonauts signed wide receiver Dorian Anderson on Thursday.
Dorian Anderson is six foot seven and weighs 200 pounds. The 23-year-old from Oakland, Tennessee, attended the Washington Commanders rookie minicamp in 2025.
Collegiately, Anderson played two seasons at Shorter University (2021-22), a Division II school in Rome, Georgia, making 51 catches for 759 yards, and 10 touchdowns in 18 games for the Hawks. In 2022, Anderson averaged 19.6 catches per game and 61.7 yards per game. He finished the 2022 season making 22 catches for 432 yards, and six touchdowns in seven games.
Then, he transferred to South Eastern Missouri State (2023-24) making 65 catches for 880 yards, and 10 touchdowns in 19 games for the Redhawks. In 2024, Anderson averaged 14.8 catches per game and 75.4 yards per game.
He finished the 2024 season making 51 catches for 754 yards, and nine touchdowns in 10 games. Anderson was named Second Team All-American by Stats Perform.
