Eddie Lee Marburger is five foot eleven and weighs 190 pounds. The 24-year-old from Mission, Texas, spent four seasons at the University of Texas at San Antonio (2021-24), completing 65 of 120 passes (54.2%) for 777 yards, seven touchdowns, four interceptions, 26 carries for 40 yards, and one tackle (1 solo) in 18 games for the Roadrunners.
Then, he transferred to the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2025, where he was named the Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Texas Non-FBS Offensive Player of the Year and First Team All-Texas after finishing the season completing 199 of 305 passes (65%) for 2,780 yards, 31 touchdowns, 7 interceptions, 79 carries for 308 yards, and four rushing touchdowns in 12 games for the Vaqueros.
Deon Jackson is five foot eleven and weighs 218 pounds. The 27-year-old from Atlanta, Georgia, was protected by the D.C. Defenders in the 2026 UFL Reserve Player List. In 2026, he led the team with 91 carries for 449 yards, seven rushing touchdowns, and 12 catches for 84 yards in 10 games. In the UFL playoffs, Jackson had 23 carries for 89 yards and one rushing touchdown in two games, helping the Defenders appear in the UFL United Bowl against the Louisville Kings.

Ja’Kobe Clinton is six foot two and weighs 230 pounds. The 25-year-old from Sanford, Florida, signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on May 4, 2026. In 2026, he made two tackles, one sack, one interception, and one tackle on special teams in two preseason games. The Blue Bombers released him on May 30, 2026.
Collegiately, Clinton began his collegiate career at Southeastern University (2022-23) with 75 tackles (38 solos, 37 assists), 11 tackles for loss, two sacks, one interception for 19 yards, one touchdown, four pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery in 14 games for the Fire.
In 2023, he made 50 tackles (25 solos, 25 assists), 7.5 tackles for loss, one sack, one interception for 19 yards, one touchdown, four pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery in 10 games.
Then, he transferred to the University of West Florida (2024-25) with 100 tackles (64 solos, 35 assists), 38 tackles for loss, eight sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, three interceptions, and 10 pass breakups in 19 games for the Argonauts.
In 2025, he was named the GSC Defensive Player of the Year, First Team All-GSC, First Team All-Region by D2CCA, and First Team All-American by AFCA after finishing the season with a career-high 78 tackles (51 solos, 27 assists), 19 tackles for loss, seven sacks, two interceptions, nine pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery in 12 games.
Justin Herdman-Reed is six foot and weighs 223 pounds. The 32-year-old from Winnipeg, Manitoba, made two tackles and one tackle on special teams in two preseason games. The Roughriders released him on May 31, 2025. The Calgary Stampeders signed Herdman-Reed on July 14, 2025. In 2025, he made one tackle and four tackles on special teams in nine games.
