The Edmonton Elks and defensive back Kenneth Logan Jr. agreed to a one-year contract extension through the 2027 season on Saturday.

Kenneth Logan Jr. is six foot and weighs 205 pounds. The 25-year-old from St. Augustine, Florida, has made 34 tackles, one tackle for loss, two sacks, one interception, two pass breakups, and one forced fumble in nine games for the Elks in 2026.

The Los Angeles Rams signed Logan Jr. as an undrafted free agent on May 13, 2024. The Rams released him on August 6, 2024. The Edmonton Elks signed Logan Jr. on December 9, 2024. In 2025, he made 47 tackles, 15 tackles on special teams, three sacks, three pass breakups, three interceptions for 61 yards, and one fumble recovery in 16 games.

Collegiately, Logan Jr. played five seasons at Kansas (2019-23) with 386 tackles (266 solos, 120 assists), 14 tackles for loss, one sack, six interceptions for 107 yards, one touchdown, 20 pass breakups, five forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, 61 kick returns for 1,438 yards, one touchdown, and five punt returns for 28 yards in 59 games for the Jayhawks.

In 2023, he made 95 tackles (64 solos, 31 assists), seven tackles for loss, one interception for 30 yards, one touchdown, six pass breakups, one forced fumble, and 12 kick returns for 287 yards in 13 games. He was named a two-time Second Team All-Big XII.
