The Tennessee Titans signed linebacker Dyontae Johnson on Tuesday.
Dyontae Johnson is six foot two and weighs 235 pounds. The 25-year-old from Detroit, Michigan, was drafted by the Birmingham Stallions in the 2026 UFL Draft. In 2026, he made 30 tackles (17 solos, 13 assists), one tackle for loss, one interception, and two pass breakups in nine games.
The New York Giants signed Johnson as an undrafted free agent on May 5, 2023. He spent three seasons in New York with 31 tackles (13 solos, 18 assists), one sack in seven preseason games, and 11 tackles (6 solos, 5 assists) in two games.
Collegiately, Johnson spent five seasons at the University of Toledo (2018-22) with 273 tackles (115 solos, 158 assists), 22.5 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, one interception, nine pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and three fumble recoveries in 57 games for the Rockets. He was named Third Team All-MAC in 2021 after finishing the season with 86 tackles (35 solos, 51 assists), eight tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, one interception, and four pass breakups in 13 games.
