The Denver Broncos signed Columbus Aviators defensive end Ron Stone Jr. on Tuesday.
Ron Stone Jr. is six foot three and weighs 247 pounds. The 26-year-old from San Jose, California, was drafted by the Columbus Aviators in the 2026 UFL Draft. In 2026, he made 32 tackles (15 solos, 17 assists), five tackles for loss, and 5.5 sacks in 10 games.
The Las Vegas Raiders signed Stone Jr. as an undrafted free agent on May 10, 2024. In 2024, he made five tackles (3 solos, 2 assists) and two pass breakups in three preseason games. The Raiders released him on September 5, 2024.
Collegiately, Stone Jr. played six years at Washington State (2018-23) with 202 tackles (104 solos, 98 assists), 31.5 tackles for loss, 16 sacks, eight pass breakups, five forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, one blocked kick, nine catches for 113 yards, and one carry for 12 yards in 58 games for the Cougars.
He was named First Team All-Pac-12 Conference in 2021, Second Team All-Pac-12 in 2022, and an All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention in 2023.
