The Edmonton Elks released quarterback Eloa Latendresse-Regimbald from the practice squad on Tuesday, according to the CFL Transactions page.
Eloa Latendresse-Regimbald is six foot three and weighs 213 pounds. The 24-year-old from Montreal, Quebec, was drafted by the Edmonton Elks in the seventh round (58th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft. He did not play in the preseason and was placed on the practice squad.
Collegiately, Latendresse-Regimbald spent four years at the University of McGill (2022-25), completing 468 of 901 passes (51.9%) for 7,245 yards, 29 touchdowns, 27 interceptions, 299 carries for 2,615 yards, 31 rushing touchdowns, one catch for six yards, punting the ball three times for 78 yards (26 AVG), and one tackle (1 solo) in 32 games for the Redbirds.
In 2025, he completed 98 of 206 passes (48%) for 1,590 yards, nine touchdowns, five interceptions, and 61 carries for 773 yards and six rushing touchdowns in eight games.
