The Toronto Argonauts released punter Reed Martin from the practice squad on Sunday, according to the CFL Transactions page.
Reed Martin is five foot ten and weighs 190 pounds. The 23-year-old from Plum, Pennsylvania, signed with the Toronto Argonauts on February 5, 2026. In 2026, Reed had three kickoffs for 218 yards (72.7 AVG), made one extra point, and punted the ball nine times for 366 yards (40.6 AVG), with a long of 56 yards in two preseason games. Martin spent two weeks on the practice squad.
Collegiately, Martin spent four seasons at Edinboro University (2021-24), punting the ball 207 times for 8,482 yards (41.0 AVG) with a long of 77 yards, 16 touchbacks, 52 fair catches, 74 from inside the 20-yard line, 38 from 50-plus yards, 147 kickoffs for 8,675 yards (59.0 AVG), and 41 touchbacks.
