The NTT IndyCar Series held qualifying on Saturday to set the field for Sunday’s Bommarito Automotive Group 500 from World Wide Technology Raceway in Madison, Illinois.
Alex Palou won his fifth pole of the season with a lap time of 51.6195 seconds at 174.353 mph. It was Palou’s 17th career NTT IndyCar Pole. Joining him on the front row is David Malukas with a lap time of 51.9500 seconds at 173.244 mph. The Bommarito Automotive Group 500 gets underway on Sunday at 9 pm on Fox.
