The Dallas Renegades placed running back Dae Dae Hunter on injured reserve on Wednesday, according to the UFL Transactions page.
Dae Dae Hunter is five foot ten and weighs 194 pounds. The 23-year-old from Denver, Colorado, was protected by the Renegades in the 2026 UFL Reserve Player List. In 2026, he had 53 carries for 263 yards, one rushing touchdown, nine catches for 39 yards, and six kick returns for 145 yards in six games.
The Arlington Renegades signed Hunter on December 11, 2023. In 2024, Hunter had 15 carries for 74 yards, one touchdown, and one catch for nine yards in three games before being placed on injured reserve and missing the rest of the season.
Hunter re-signed with the Arlington Renegades on October 2, 2024. In 2025, Hunter had 113 carries for 406 yards, two rushing touchdowns, 28 catches for 231 yards, and three kick returns for 55 yards in 10 games.
Collegiately, Hunter played two seasons at Hawaii (2020-21) with 147 carries for 834 yards, five touchdowns, 31 catches for 234 yards, two touchdowns, one kick return for 22 yards, and one tackle (1 solo) in 19 games for the Rainbow Warriors.
Then, Hunter transferred to Liberty in 2022 with 130 carries for 854 yards, eight touchdowns, 18 catches for 149 yards, one touchdown, one kick return for 19 yards, and three tackles (3 solo) in nine games for the Flames.
