The Calgary Stampeders released running back Kay’Ron Lynch-Adams on Thursday, according to the CFL Transactions page.

Kay’Ron Lynch-Adams is five foot ten and weighs 215 pounds. The 25-year-old from Warren, Ohio, signed with the Calgary Stampeders on January 26, 2026.

The Carolina Panthers signed Lynch-Adams as an undrafted free agent on May 9, 2025. In 2025, Lynch-Adams had 14 carries for 36 yards and two catches for 10 yards in three preseason games. The Panthers released him on August 25, 2025.

Collegiately, Lynch-Adams began his collegiate career at Rutgers (2019-20) with 83 carries for 320 yards, two rushing touchdowns, six catches for 120 yards, and one touchdown in 18 games for the Scarlet Knights.

Next, he transferred to the University of Massachusetts (2021-23) with 359 carries for 1,568 yards, 14 rushing touchdowns, 29 catches for 168 yards, four kick returns for 49 yards, and one tackle (1 solo) in 30 games for the Minutemen. He was named First Team All-Independent by Phil Steele and the College Football Network.

Then, he transferred to Michigan State in 2024 with 133 carries for 649 yards, two rushing touchdowns, 15 catches for 85 yards, and four kick returns for 39 yards in 12 games for the Spartans.
