The Columbus Aviators signed wide receiver Easop Winston Jr. and released wide receiver Grant Dubose on Tuesday according to the UFL Transactions page.

Easop Winston Jr. is five foot eleven and weighs 190 pounds. The 29-year-old from San Francisco, California, was drafted by the Columbus Aviators in the 2026 UFL Draft.

The Los Angeles Rams signed Winston Jr. as an undrafted free agent on May 4, 2020. He was released on September 20, 2020. Next, he signed with the New Orleans Saints on May 14, 2021.

In 2021, he made one catch for 35 yards and four punt returns for 64 yards in two preseason games. In the regular season, he made one catch for five yards in three games. In 2022, he made one catch for 12 yards in one preseason game. The Saints released him on August 15, 2022.

He would also have stops with the Cleveland Browns, Seattle Seahawks, and the New York Jets with 14 catches for 201 yards, two touchdowns, and three punt returns for 31 yards in five preseason games. The Ottawa Redblacks signed Winston Jr. to the practice squad on July 9, 2025. They released him on August 31, 2025.

Collegiately, Winston Jr. played two seasons at the City College of San Francisco (2015-16) with 133 catches for 2,157 yards, 24 touchdowns, one punt return for one yard, and two tackles (2 solos) in 22 games for the Rams. Then, he transferred to Washington State (2018-19) with 125 catches for 1,419 yards, 16 touchdowns, two punt returns for 74 yards, and one tackle in 23 games for the Cougars. He was named an All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention in 2019.

Grant Dubose is six foot three and weighs 200 pounds. The 24-year-old from Montgomery, Alabama, was drafted by the D.C. Defenders in the 2026 UFL Draft. The Defenders released him on January 20, 2026. The Columbus Aviators signed him on April 9, 2026. He did not appear in a game for the Aviators in 2026.

The Green Bay Packers drafted Dubose in the seventh round (256th pick) of the 2023 NFL Draft. In 2023, he made three catches for 35 yards in two preseason games. Dubose spent the season on the practice squad. In 2024, he made five catches for 66 yards in three preseason games. The Packers released him on August 27, 2024.

The Miami Dolphins acquired Dubose on August 28, 2024. He appeared in three regular-season games with two catches for 11 yards. He dealt with shoulder and head injuries. Then, he transferred to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (2021-22) with 125 catches for 1,679 yards, 15 touchdowns, three carries for 18 yards, nine punt returns for 76 yards, and two tackles (2 solos) in 24 games for the 49ers.

In 2021, he was named an All-CUSA Honorable Mention after finishing the season with 62 catches for 892 yards, six touchdowns, three carries for 18 yards, and two tackles (2 solos) in 12 games. In 2022, he was named Second Team All-CUSA after finishing the season with 63 catches for 787 yards, nine touchdowns, and nine punt returns for 76 yards in 12 games.
