The Montreal Alouettes selected eight players in the 2026 CFL Draft on Tuesday.
Rohan Jones is six foot two and weighs 235 pounds. The 25-year-old from Montreal, Quebec, signed with the Los Angeles Rams as an undrafted free agent on April 25, 2026. The Montreal Alouettes drafted Jones in the first round (8th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Jones played at the Collège André-Grasset and the Collège Jean-Eudes, where in 2021 made 55 catches for 639 yards and five touchdowns. He was named RSEQ All-Star and Offensive Player of the Year. In 2018, he guided Collège Jean-Eudes to a Provincial Championship.
Jones transferred to the University of Maine (2022-23) with 31 catches for 344 yards, six touchdowns, five carries for 35 yards, 17 kick returns for 377 yards, and three tackles (3 assists) in 21 games for the Black Bears.
Next, he transferred to Montana State in 2024, where he was named First Team All-Big Sky Conference and First Team All-American after finishing the season with 30 catches for 470 yards, nine touchdowns, and one carry for -4 yards in 14 games for the Bobcats.
Then, he transferred to Arkansas in 2025 with 19 catches for 519 yards and four touchdowns in 12 games for the Razorbacks.
Shakespeare Louis is six foot one and weighs 190 pounds. The 24-year-old from Ottawa, Ontario, was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the second round (17th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Louis spent three seasons at Robert Morris University (2021-23) with 46 tackles (32 solos, 14 assists) and four pass breakups in 20 games for the Colonials. Then, he transferred to Southeastern Louisiana University in 2025 with 44 tackles (27 solos, 17 assists), one tackle for loss, one interception, two pass breakups, and one forced fumble in 13 games for the Lions.
Nathan Udoh is six foot one and weighs 215 pounds. The 23-year-old from Winnipeg, Manitoba, was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the third round (28th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Udoh spent four seasons at the University of Manitoba (2022-25) with 57 catches for 773 yards, three touchdowns, one carry for one yard, one kick return for -4 yards, punting the ball 30 times for 989 yards (33 AVG) with a long of 47 yards, and one tackle (1 solo) in 28 games for the Bisons.
Liam Talbot is five foot eleven and weighs 210 pounds. The 22-year-old from London, Ontario, was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the fourth round (37th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Talbot spent four seasons at the University of Windsor (2022-25) with 88 carries for 641 yards, four rushing touchdowns, 18 catches for 158 yards, one touchdown, punting the ball two times for 67 yards (33.5 AVG) with a long of 36 yards, 27 kick returns for 570 yards, 61 punt returns for 612 yards, one touchdown, 12 tackles (7 solos, 5 assists) in 29 games for the Lancers.
Harrison Daley is six foot three and weighs 218 pounds. The 23-year-old from Burlington, Ontario, was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the fifth round (46th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Daley spent five seasons at the University of Windsor (2021-25) with 80 tackles (46 solos, 34 assists), one tackle for loss, two interceptions, four pass breakups, one forced fumble, and one carry for -4 yards in 34 games for the Lancers.
Michael Horvat is five foot nine and weighs 187 pounds. The 21-year-old from Hamilton, Ontario, was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the sixth round (55th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Horvat spent four seasons at McMaster University (2022-25), punting the ball 160 times for 7,369 yards (46.1 AVG), with a long of 79 yards, 86 kickoffs for 4,491 yards (52.2 AVG), making 61 of 74 field goals (82.4%) with a long of 49 yards, four tackles (4 solos), and completed one pass for 13 yards in 28 games for the Marauders. He was named Second Team U Sports All-Canadian in 2023, two-time First Team U Sports All-Canadian (2024-25), and First Team OUA All-Star in 2025.
Cyrus McGarrell is six foot one and weighs 201 pounds. The 23-year-old from Windsor, Ontario, was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the seventh round (64th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, McGarrell spent five seasons at Northern Illinois (2021-25) with 31 tackles (24 solos, 7 assists), one tackle for loss, two interceptions for 35 yards, two pass breakups, and one fumble recovery in 32 games for the Huskies.
Zachary Houde is six foot one and weighs 205 pounds. The 23-year-old from Thetford Mines, Quebec, was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes in the eighth round (73rd pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Houde spent four seasons at St. Francis Xavier University (2022-25) with 114 catches for 2,035 yards, nine touchdowns, two carries for -12 yards, three kick returns for 52 yards, and 11 punt returns for 143 yards in 25 games for the X-Men.
