The CFL held the 2026 CFL Draft on Tuesday, and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers selected nine players. Let’s meet the new additions for Winnipeg.
Nuer Gatkuoth is six foot four and weighs 237 pounds. The 24-year-old from Edmonton, Alberta, will attend the Denver Broncos rookie minicamp. The Winnipeg Blue Bombers drafted Gatkuoth in the first round (4th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Gatkuoth spent three seasons at Colorado State University (2022-24) with 68 tackles (24 solos, 44 assists), 10.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, one interception, three pass breakups, and two fumble recoveries in 17 games for the Rams. In 2023, he was named First Team All-Conference by the Athletic after finishing the season with a career-high 53 tackles (17 solos, 36 assists), 6.5 tackles for loss, half a sack, one interception, three pass breakups, and one forced fumble in 10 games.
Then, he transferred to Wake Forest in 2025 with 39 tackles (12 solos, 17 assists), 8.5 tackles for loss, six sacks, one interception, and one forced fumble in 12 games for the Demon Deacons.
Dante Daniels is six foot five and weighs 272 pounds. A native of Windsor, Ontario, Daniels was drafted by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the second round (10th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Daniels spent two seasons at Butler Community College (2022-23) with 11 catches for 147 yards, one touchdown, three kick returns for five yards, and one tackle (1 assist) in 10 games for the Grizzlies. Then, he transferred to N.C. State (2024-25) with 10 catches for 106 yards and two touchdowns in 26 games for the Wolfpack.
Kevin Cline is six foot seven and weighs 320 pounds. A native of Boca Raton, Florida, Cline signed with the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent on April 26, 2026. The Winnipeg Blue Bombers drafted Cline in the second round (20th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Cline spent six seasons at Boston College (2020-25), playing right tackle in 44 games for the Eagles. In 2025, Cline started at right tackle in 11 games. Boston College averaged 25.2 points per game, 384.1 yards per game, 280.2 passing yards per game, 103.9 rushing yards per game, and 37 touchdowns. The Eagles offense had six 100+ rushing yards in 2025.
Charles-Elliot Bouliane is five foot eleven and weighs 229 pounds. The 24-year-old from Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Quebec, was drafted by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the third round (24th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Bouliane spent four seasons with the University of Montreal (2022-25) with 93 tackles (65 solos, 28 assists), 9.5 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, two pass breakups, one forced fumble, three fumble recoveries, and one interception in 29 games for the Carabins. He helped Montreal win two Vanier Cups in 2023 and 2025. He was named First Team U Sports Special Teams All-Canadian in 2023 and RSEQ All-Star in 2025.
Ethan Stuart is six foot and weighs 223 pounds. The 24-year-old from Oakville, Ontario, was drafted by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the fourth round (33rd pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Stuart spent five seasons at McMaster University (2021-25) with 122 tackles (80 solos, 42 assists), three tackles for loss, two sacks, three interceptions, eight pass breakups, one fumble recovery, and one punt return for 39 yards in 35 games for the Marauders.
Brody Clark is six foot and weighs 217 pounds. The 24-year-old from Delta, British Columbia, was drafted by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the fifth round (42nd pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Clark spent three seasons in the CJFL with the Langley Rams (2019, 2021-23) with one catch for 79 yards, one touchdown, three kick returns for 97 yards, two punt returns for 58 yards, two tackles, 19 tackles on special teams, and one fumble recovery in 13 games.
Collegiately, Clark spent two seasons at York University (2024-25) with 59 tackles (40 solos, 19 assists), four tackles for loss, two sacks, three pass breakups, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and one blocked kick in 10 games for the Lions.
Benjamin Britton is six foot three and weighs 205 pounds. The 22-year-old from Calgary, Alberta, was drafted by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the sixth round (51st pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Britton spent four seasons at the University of Calgary (2022-25) with 75 catches for 1,124 yards, six touchdowns, and six tackles (5 solos, 1 assist) in 20 games for the Dinos. He did not play in 2025. In 2024, he made a career-high 42 catches for 661 yards, three touchdowns, and three tackles (2 solos, 1 assist) in eight games. He was named a Canada West All-Star in 2024.
Joshua Jack is six foot and weighs 200 pounds. The 25-year-old from Brampton, Ontario, was drafted by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the seventh round (60th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Jack spent six seasons at St. Mary’s University (2020-25) with 47 catches for 768 yards, three touchdowns, four carries for 16 yards, one rushing touchdown, 24 kick returns for 546 yards, one touchdown, and 22 punt returns for 223 yards in 23 games for the Huskies.
Brady Lidster is six foot and weighs 185 pounds. The 21-year-old from St. Thomas, Ontario, was drafted by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the eighth round (69th pick) of the 2026 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Lidster spent four seasons at the University of Windsor (2022-25), making 81 of 107 field goals (75.7%), 72 kickoffs for 4,215 yards (58.5 AVG), two touchbacks, punting the ball 90 times for 3,473 yards (38.6 AVG), with a long of 61 yards, two carries for 34 yards, and five tackles (4 solos, 1 assist) in 38 games for the Lancers. He was named First Team U Sports All-Canadian in 2025.
