The Louisville Kings released offensive lineman Earl Bostick Jr. and defensive end R.J. Oben on Tuesday according to the UFL Transactions page.

Earl Bostick Jr. is six foot six and weighs 310 pounds. The 27-year-old from Barnwell, South Carolina, was drafted by the Louisville Kings in the 2026 UFL Draft. In 2026, he started two games.

The Dallas Cowboys signed Bostick Jr. as an undrafted free agent on May 12, 2023. He played four preseason games in two seasons. Bostick Jr. suffered a leg injury and missed the 2024 season. The Cowboys released him on April 30, 2024. The Birmingham Stallions signed Bostick Jr. on October 7, 2025.

Collegiately, Bostick Jr. spent six seasons at Kansas (2017-22), starting as a tight end for one season before moving to the offensive line. Bostick Jr. was named an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention, Second Team Academic All-Big 12, and Second Team Academic All-America.

R.J. Oben is six foot three and weighs 251 pounds. The 24-year-old from Montclair, New Jersey, was drafted by the Oben in the 2026 UFL Draft. In 2026, Oben made one tackle (1 assist) in two games.

Collegiately, Oben spent five seasons at Duke (2019-23) with 67 tackles (33 solos, 34 assists), 20 tackles for loss, 14.5 sacks, one interception, two pass breakups, and five forced fumbles in 50 games for the Blue Devils. Then, he transferred to Notre Dame in 2024 with 19 tackles (10 solos, 9 assists), 1.5 tackles for loss, one sack, and one forced fumble in 16 games for the Fighting Irish.
