The Saskatchewan Roughriders signed offensive lineman Thomas Perry on Monday.

Thomas Perry is six foot three and weighs 312 pounds. A native of Killingworth, Connecticut, Perry attended the NFL rookie minicamps with the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens in 2025.

Collegiately, Perry spent four seasons at Middlebury College (2021-24), where he played in 34 games for the Panthers, including starting at guard in each of his final 30 games. In 2024, he started nine games. Middlebury averaged 24.1 points per game, 354.8 yards per game, 222.8 passing yards per game, 132 rushing yards per game, and 26 touchdowns.

Perry was named a three-time NESCAC All-Academic selection, three-time First Team All-NESCAC, First Team All-NESCAC by the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA), and Fourth Team All-American by D3football.com. Perry was also named to the inaugural Walter Camp Division III All-America Team, and was the first player in program history to be invited to the East-West Shrine Bowl and named to the Reese’s Senior Bowl Watch List.
