The Columbus Aviators signed wide receivers Yulkeith Brown and Grant Dubose on Thursday according to the UFL Transactions page. They also placed linebacker Storey Jackson on the injured reserve list.
Yulkeith Brown is five foot ten and weighs 167 pounds. A native of Miami, Florida, Brown began his collegiate career at Texas A&M (2021-22) with six catches for 112 yards, one touchdown, two carries for 52 yards, and one kick return for 21 yards in 11 games for the Aggies.
Then, Brown transferred to Tulane (2023-24) with 64 catches for 806 yards, six touchdowns, 14 carries for 103 yards, three rushing touchdowns, and one tackle (1 assist) in 26 games for the Green Wave. In 2024, he made a career-high 36 catches for 470 yards, four touchdowns, eight carries for 39 yards, and one rushing touchdown in 14 games.
Grant Dubose is six foot three and weighs 200 pounds. The 24-year-old from Montgomery, Alabama, was drafted by the D.C. Defenders in the 2026 UFL Draft. The Defenders released him on January 20, 2026.
The Green Bay Packers drafted Dubose in the seventh round (256th pick) of the 2023 NFL Draft. In 2023, he made three catches for 35 yards in two preseason games. Dubose spent the season on the practice squad. In 2024, he made five catches for 66 yards in three preseason games. The Packers released him on August 27, 2024.
The Miami Dolphins acquired Dubose on August 28, 2024. He appeared in three regular-season games with two catches for 11 yards. He dealt with shoulder and head injuries. He became a free agent after the 2024 season. The Buffalo Bills signed Dubose on August 19, 2025. He dealt with a shoulder injury and did not play in the preseason. The Bills released him on August 24, 2025.
Collegiately, Dubose spent two seasons at Miles College (2019-20). In 2019, he made eight catches for 104 yards, one touchdown, and four tackles (2 solos, 2 assists) in 10 games for the Golden Bears. The 2020 season was cancelled due to COVID-19.
Then, he transferred to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (2021-22) with 125 catches for 1,679 yards, 15 touchdowns, three carries for 18 yards, nine punt returns for 76 yards, and two tackles (2 solos) in 24 games for the 49ers.
In 2021, he was named an All-CUSA Honorable Mention after finishing the season with 62 catches for 892 yards, six touchdowns, three carries for 18 yards, and two tackles (2 solos) in 12 games. In 2022, he was named Second Team All-CUSA after finishing the season with 63 catches for 787 yards, nine touchdowns, and nine punt returns for 76 yards in 12 games.
Storey Jackson is six foot two and weighs 224 pounds. The 28-year-old from Kansas City, Kansas, was drafted by the Columbus Aviators in the 2026 UFL Draft. Jackson has yet to play a game for Columbus in 2026.
The Dallas Cowboys signed Jackson as an undrafted free agent on May 13, 2022. Jackson had signed with the Houston Gamblers (USFL) on October 6, 2022, but later signed with the Cleveland Browns on December 14, 2022. He played one game for the Browns in 2022 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Browns released him on May 15, 2023.
The Arlington Renegades signed Jackson on October 23, 2023. In 2024, Jackson made 41 tackles (27 solos, 14 assists), two tackles for loss, one pass breakup, and 13 tackles on special teams in 10 games. The Renegades released him on August 13, 2024. The Atlanta Falcons signed Jackson on August 14, 2024. Jackson made one tackle (1 solo) in two preseason games. The Falcons released him on August 25, 2024.
The Arlington Renegades re-signed on December 16, 2024. Jackson has been on the inactive list and did not play for the Renegades in 2025. The Renegades traded Jackson to the San Antonio Brahmas on April 29, 2025, for defensive lineman Ikenna Enechukwu. Jackson made 13 tackles (9 solos, 4 assists), two tackles for loss, one pass breakup, and one blocked kick in five games.
Collegiately, Jackson played two seasons at Hutchinson Community College (2016-17) with 81 tackles (36 solos, 45 assists), 1.5 tackles for loss, one interception for four yards, three pass breakups, and one fumble recovery in 19 games for the Blue Dragons.
Next, Jackson played at Prairie View A&M (2018-20) with 122 tackles (56 solos, 66 assists), 17 tackles for loss, six sacks, one interception, three pass breakups, three forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, and six carries for 40 yards in 16 games for the Panthers.
He was named Second Team FCS All-American by STATS, BOXTOROW HBCU All-American, and First Team All-SWAC. Then, he transferred to Liberty in 2021 with 102 tackles (57 solos, 45 assists), 13 tackles for loss, seven sacks, one interception for 8 yards, and four pass breakups in 13 games for the Flames.
