The Birmingham Stallions re-signed defensive tackle Perrion Winfrey and released defensive tackle Isaiah Coe on Wednesday according to the UFL Transactions page.
Perrion Winfrey is six foot four and weighs 292 pounds. The 25-year-old from Maywood, Illinois, signed with the Dallas Cowboys on June 20, 2025. In 2025, Winfrey made six tackles (3 solos, 3 assists), one sack, two quarterback hits, and one pass breakup in three preseason games. Winfrey played in one regular-season game against the Los Angeles Chargers with two tackles (2 solos). The Cowboys released him on March 3, 2026.
The Cleveland Browns drafted Winfrey in the fourth round (108th pick) of the 2022 NFL Draft. He played one season in Cleveland with 22 tackles (8 solos, 14 assists), one tackle for loss, half a sack, and two pass breakups in 13 games. The Browns released him on July 19, 2023.
Next, Winfrey signed with the New York Jets on November 7, 2023. In 2023, Winfrey made three tackles (1 solo, 2 assists) in one game. The Jets released him on December 4, 2023.
The Birmingham Stallions signed Winfrey on October 3, 2024. In 2025, he made 29 tackles (17 solos, 12 assists), two tackles for loss, one sack, four pass breakups, and one forced fumble in 10 games. Collegiately, Winfrey played two seasons at Iowa Western Community College (2018-19) with 55 tackles (37 solos, 18 assists), 23 tackles for loss, 9.5 sacks, one forced fumble, two pass breakups, and three blocked kicks in 18 games for the Reivers.
Then, Winfrey transferred to Oklahoma (2020-21) with 42 tackles (20 solos, 22 assists), 17 tackles for loss, six sacks, three pass breakups, one forced fumble, and one blocked kick in 23 games for the Sooners.
Isaiah Coe is six foot two and weighs 311 pounds. The 25-year-old from Homewood, Illinois, signed with the Birmingham Stallions on January 29, 2026. Coe was inactive when the Stallions played the Louisville Kings last Friday.
Coe attended the Indianapolis Colts rookie minicamp in 2024. The St. Louis Battlehawks drafted Coe in the sixth round (45th pick) in the 2024 UFL College Draft.
The Battlehawks signed Coe on October 3, 2024. He attended training camp before the team released him on March 1, 2025. Coe joined the Arizona Rattlers in 2025 with 42 tackles (15 solos, 27 assists), eight tackles for loss, four sacks, two pass breakups, and one blocked kick in 16 games.
Collegiately, Coe played one season at Iowa Western Community College in 2019 with 37 tackles (23 solos, 14 assists), 13 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles in 10 games for the Reivers.
Then, Coe transferred to Oklahoma (2021-23) with 55 tackles (18 solos, 37 assists), 15 tackles for loss, three sacks, and one blocked kick in 37 games for the Sooners.
