The Firenze Red Lions signed defensive back Jakeen Harris on Monday.
Jakeen Harris is five foot ten and weighs 190 pounds. A native of Savannah, Georgia, Harris went undrafted in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Collegiately, Harris spent five seasons at North Carolina State University (2019-23) with 153 tackles (92 solos, 51 assists), 3.5 tackles for loss, four interceptions for 29 yards, and 11 pass breakups in 45 games for the Wolfpack.
In 2020, he had a career-high 76 tackles (43 solos, 33 assists), 1.5 tackles for loss, one interception for five yards, and seven pass breakups in 12 games.
Then, he transferred to North Carolina in 2024 with 68 tackles (38 solos, 30 assists), one tackle for loss, and four pass breakups in 12 games for the Tar Heels.
