T.J. Smith is six foot three and weighs 300 pounds. The 28-year-old from Moultrie, Georgia, signed with the Tennessee Titans on August 25, 2025. In 2025, he played in one preseason game. The Titans released him on August 25, 2025.
The Los Angeles Chargers signed Smith as an undrafted free agent on April 30, 2020. He also spent time with the Minnesota Vikings and the Carolina Panthers. Smith made 13 tackles (3 solos, 10 assists) and one tackle for loss in seven games.
