The Dallas Renegades placed defensive tackle Chace Davis on the retired list on Wednesday according to the UFL Transactions page.

Chace Davis is six foot three and weighs 259 pounds. The 25-year-old from Whittier, California, attended the Kansas City Chiefs rookie minicamp in 2025. The Dallas Renegades drafted Davis in the 2026 UFL Draft.

Collegiately, Davis spent three seasons at East Los Angeles College (2019-21) with 38 tackles (27 solos, 11 assists), 8.5 tackles for loss, three sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and one blocked kick in 18 games for the Huskies.

Next, Davis transferred to the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2022 with four tackles (3 solos, 1 assist) and one pass breakup in four games for the Roadrunners.

Then, he transferred to Bowling Green State University (2023-24) with 44 tackles (19 solos, 25 assists), 4.5 tackles for loss, three sacks, and three pass breakups in 24 games for the Falcons. In 2024, he made 20 tackles (6 solos, 14 assists), three tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, and one pass breakup in 12 games. He was named to the Academic All-MAC in 2024.
