The Winnipeg Blue Bombers signed defensive back Jordan Taylor on Tuesday according to the CFL Transactions page.
Jordan Taylor is five foot ten and weighs 174 pounds. The 25-year-old from Miami, Florida, attended the Las Vegas Raiders rookie minicamp in 2025.
Collegiately, Taylor spent four seasons at Tusculum University (2020-23) with 91 tackles (61 solos, 30 assists), eight tackles for loss, six interceptions, 10 pass breakups, and one blocked kick in 32 games for the Pioneers.
In 2021, he was named Second Team All-South Atlantic Conference after finishing the season with a career-high 44 tackles (29 solos, 15 assists), four tackles for loss, one interception, six pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and one blocked kick in 11 games.
In addition to football, Taylor competed in track & field as a sprinter, where he qualified for the 2023 NCAA Championship in both the 100 and 4×100 relay. He was named a two-time USTFCCCA All-Southeast Region.
Then, he transferred to James Madison University in 2024 with 25 tackles (18 solos, 7 assists) and five pass breakups in 13 games for the Dukes.
