The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series visited EchoPark Speedway (former Atlanta Motor Speedway) on Saturday afternoon in the Fr8 Racing 208. ThorSport Racing was on the front row with Jake Garcia on the pole and Ben Rhodes starting second.
Before the race started, NASCAR announced the race would have a time limit due to weather delaying the start. The time expired at 4:20 pm ET, at which the race would run two more green-flag laps with no overtime.
Ben Rhodes led a race-high 70 laps. However, on lap 79, he was leading when his truck ran out of gas with two laps to go in the second stage. Corey Heim won Stage 1, and Stewart Friesen won Stage 2. There were only three cautions throughout the race. The only accident happened on lap 102 when the No. 81 truck of Kris Wright slid up to make contact with the No. 13 of Cole Butcher. Meanwhile, the No. 26 of Dawson Sutton crashed hard into the wall on the frontstretch.
Kyle Busch led 37 of 125 laps, including the final seven laps, where he battled Stewart Frisen for the lead. Busch’s teammate, Carson Hocevar, pushed Busch to the lead, and he took second. Busch would go on to win the race by 0.114 seconds over Hocevar.
Gio Ruggiero, Ben Rhodes, and Corey Heim rounded out the top five. Chandler Smith, Jake Garcia, John H. Nemechek, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., and Justin Haley completed the top ten.
The Craftsman Truck Series will make its debut at St. Petersburg Road Course in the OnlyBulls Green Flag 150 next Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 12 pm on Fox.
