The Columbus Aviators signed offensive lineman Wisdom Quarshie on Thursday according to the UFL Transactions page.
Wisdom Quarshie is six foot three and weighs 320 pounds. A native of Sicklerville, New Jersey, Quarshie spent six seasons at Temple (2019-24), starting his collegiate career as a defensive tackle in 2019 before he was moved to the offensive line. He played right guard in 46 games for the Owls.
In 2023, he was named an All-AAC Honorable Mention and an All-ACC Honorable Mention by College Football Network after starting 11 games. Temple averaged 21.1 points per game, 372.9 passing yards per game, 276.7 passing yards per game, 96.2 rushing yards per game, and 33 touchdowns.
Quarshie attended St. Joseph High School in Hammonton, New Jersey, where he played defensive tackle. He was named a two-time First Team All-Conference and two-time First Team All-South Jersey. In his junior season, he made 25 tackles and seven tackles for loss, and in his senior season made 29 tackles, eight tackles for loss, and two fumble recoveries.
