The Ottawa Redblacks signed defensive lineman Dylan Wynn to a one-year contract, linebackers C.J. Reavis and Brian Cole II to one-year contracts, and defensive back Demario Houston to a one-year contract on Tuesday.
Dylan Wynn is six foot two and weighs 283 pounds. The 32-year-old from Concord, California, re-signed with the Montreal Alouettes on February 17, 2025. In 2025, he made 20 tackles and one sack in 14 games. In the Grey Cup playoffs, Wynn made three tackles and one sack.
The Cleveland Browns signed Wynn as an undrafted free agent on May 8, 2015. He played two seasons in Cleveland with five tackles (4 solos, 1 assist) in four preseason games. Next, he signed with the Toronto Argonauts on May 25, 2017. He played two seasons with 64 tackles, two pass breakups, and eight sacks in 28 games, helping the Argonauts win the Grey Cup in 2017. He was named a two-time CFL East All-Star in 2017 and 2019.

Collegiately, Wynn played four seasons at Oregon State (2011-14) with 214 tackles (100 solos, 114 assists), 24.5 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, one interception, three pass breakups, three forced fumbles, and fumble recoveries in 50 games for the Beavers.
C.J. Reavis is six foot and weighs 198 pounds. The 30-year-old from Chester, Virginia, was named a CFL West All-Star and to the All-CFL Team after finishing the season with 61 tackles, two sacks, one interception, and two forced fumbles in 17 games. In the Grey Cup playoffs, he made seven tackles, helping the Roughriders win the 112th Grey Cup over the Montreal Alouettes.
The Jacksonville Jaguars signed Reavis as an undrafted free agent on April 30, 2018. In 2018, he made nine tackles (9 solos) in four preseason games. In the regular season, he made one tackle (1 solo) in four games. In 2019, he made 18 tackles (15 solos, 3 assists) and one pass breakup in four preseason games. The Jaguars released him on August 31, 2019. The Atlanta Falcons signed Reavis on November 5, 2019. They released him on December 30, 2019.
The Saskatchewan Roughriders signed Reavis on April 1, 2022. In 2022, Reavis made four tackles on special teams in four games. In 2023, he made 59 tackles, six tackles on special teams, three sacks, one interception, and three forced fumbles in 17 games. In 20245, he made 89 tackles, one tackle on special teams, four sacks, and one forced fumble in 17 games. He was named to the All-CFL Team and a CFL West All-Star.
Collegiately, Reavis played one season at Virginia Tech in 2014 with eight tackles (4 solos, 4 assists), half a tackle for loss, one forced fumble, and one blocked punt in 12 games for the Hokies. Next, he transferred to East Mississippi in 2015 with 40 tackles (33 solos, 7 assists), one tackle for loss, two interceptions for 29 yards, eight pass breakups, and one blocked punt in nine games for the Lions.
Then, Reavis transferred to Marshall University (2016-17) with 123 tackles (64 solos, 59 assists), five tackles for loss, one interception, five pass breakups, and one fumble recovery in 20 games for the Thundering Herd.
Brian Cole II is six foot two and weighs 207 pounds. The 28-year-old from Saginaw, Michigan, signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on February 11, 2025. In 2025, he made three tackles, 19 tackles on special teams, and one forced fumble in 18 games.
The Minnesota Vikings drafted Cole II in the seventh round (249th pick) of the 2020 NFL Draft. He also spent time with the Miami Dolphins, Carolina Panthers, Saskatchewan Roughriders, and the Edmonton Elks. In 2021, he made three tackles (2 solos, 1 assist) in two preseason games for the Carolina Panthers.
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers signed Cole II on July 13, 2022. In 2022, Cole II made six tackles on special teams in 11 games. In 2023, he made three tackles, 14 tackles on special teams, and three forced fumbles in 15 games.
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers re-signed Cole II on January 2, 2024. In 2024, he made 24 tackles, four tackles on special teams, one interception, and one forced fumble in 11 games. He missed most of the season with a foot injury.
Collegiately, Cole II played one season at Michigan in 2015 as a wide receiver with one catch for -1 yard in two games for the Wolverines. Next, he transferred to East Mississippi Community College in 2016, switching to defensive back with 54 tackles (45 solos, 9 assists), one tackle for loss, three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and two blocked punts in 11 games for the Lions.
Then, Cole II transferred to Mississippi State (2018-19) with 78 tackles (43 solos, 35 assists), 10.5 tackles for loss, three sacks, two interceptions, four pass breakups, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries, and 16 kick returns for 329 yards in 17 games for the Bulldogs. He was named Team Captain in 2019.
Demerio Houston is five foot ten and weighs 173 pounds. The 29-year-old from Shelby, North Carolina, signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on August 17, 2025. In 2025, he made 17 tackles in five games. In the Eastern Semi-Final against the Montreal Alouettes, he made four tackles.
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers signed Houston as a free agent on October 22, 2019. He played three seasons with 84 tackles, three tackles on special teams, nine interceptions, and one touchdown in 30 games. In 2023, he made 50 tackles, seven interceptions, and one touchdown in 15 games. He was named a CFL West All-Star and CFL All-Star after the season.
The Calgary Stampeders signed Houston on February 6, 2024. In 2024, he made 74 tackles, one sack, five interceptions, and one forced fumble in 15 games. The Stampeders released him on February 12, 2025.
Collegiately, Houston played four seasons at Southern University (2015-18) with 114 tackles (77 solos, 37 assists), five interceptions for 142 yards, seven punt returns for 206 yards, and one touchdown in 43 games for the Jaguars.
