The Dallas Renegades signed defensive end Chantz Williams on Tuesday according to the UFL Transactions page.

Chantz Williams is six foot four and weighs 270 pounds. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Williams attended the Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie minicamp in 2025.

Collegiately, Williams spent four seasons at Miami (FL) (2020-23) with 42 tackles (20 solos, 22 assists), 5.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery in 41 games for the Hurricanes.

Then, he transferred to Charlotte in 2024 with a career-high 20 tackles (12 solos, 8 assists), seven tackles for loss, four sacks, four pass breakups, and one forced fumble in 12 games for the 49ers.

Williams attended Oakleaf High School, where he made 129 tackles, 22 sacks, 25 tackles for loss, five forced fumbles, and eight pass breakups in high school career. He earned all-state, all-district, and all-county honors.
