The Calgary Stampeders re-signed defensive back Bailey Devine-Scott on Wednesday.

Bailey Devine-Scott is five foot eleven and weighs 203 pounds. The 26-year-old from Wattle Grove, Australia, made 13 tackles, seven tackles on special teams, one sack, and one forced fumble in 18 games in 2025. In the Western Semi-Final against the B.C. Lions, Devine-Scott made three tackles.

The Calgary Stampeders drafted Devine-Scott in the third round (25th pick) of the 2022 CFL Global Draft. In 2022, he made two tackles and two tackles on special teams in three games. In 2023, he made two tackles and eight tackles on special teams in seven games. In 2024, Devine-Scott made 14 tackles, 16 tackles on special teams, and one sack in 17 games.

Collegiately, Devine-Scott spent four seasons at Western New England University (2018-21) with 142 tackles (87 solos, 55 assists), three tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, two interceptions, 16 pass breakups, and one block on special teams in 24 games for the Golden Bears.

He was named First Team All-Conference and the New England Football Writer’s College Division (DII/DIII) All-New England Team in 2019 after finishing the season with 65 tackles (44 solos, 21 assists), two tackles for loss, 14 pass breakups, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and one blocked kick in 10 games.

He concluded his collegiate career in 2021 with a career-high 72 tackles (42 solos, 30 assists), half a tackle for loss, two interceptions, five pass breakups, and one forced fumble in 11 games.
