The Birmingham Stallions signed defensive end Phillip Webb and released defensive end Ronnie Perkins on Monday according to the UFL Transactions page.

Phillip Webb is six foot five and weighs 265 pounds. The 24-year-old from Atlanta, Georgia, attended the Miami Dolphins rookie minicamp in 2025. The Winnipeg Blue Bombers signed Webb on May 16, 2025. In 2025, he made one tackle and one fumble recovery in two preseason games. The Blue Bombers released him on May 31, 2025. The Hamilton Tiger-Cats signed Webb to the practice squad on July 24, 2025. The Tiger-Cats released him on November 9, 2025.

Collegiately, Webb played two seasons at LSU (2020-21) with one tackle (1 assist) in three games for the Tigers. Then, he transferred to Jackson State (2023-24) with 63 tackles (35 solos, 28 assists), 16 tackles for loss, six sacks, two pass breakups, and one fumble recovery in 25 games for the Tigers. In 2024, Webb made 41 tackles (21 solos, 20 assists), 10 tackles for loss, three sacks, one pass breakup, and one forced fumble in 14 games.

Ronnie Perkins is six foot three and weighs 253 pounds. The 26-year-old from St. Louis, Missouri, signed with the Birmingham Stallions on February 3, 2025. In 2025, Perkins made 17 tackles (13 solos, 4 assists), six tackles for loss, and 3.5 sacks in five games. The Stallions released him on August 18, 2025, and he signed with the Atlanta Falcons on the same day.

In Atlanta, Perkins made three tackles (1 solo, 2 assists) in one preseason game. The Falcons released him on August 23, 2025. They re-signed him to the practice squad on September 2, 2025, and he was released again on September 9, 2025. Birmingham re-signed him on January 29, 2026.

The New England Patriots drafted Perkins in the third round (96th pick) of the 2021 NFL Draft. He spent two seasons in New England with 13 tackles (7 solos, 6 assists) and one pass breakup in six preseason games.

The Denver Broncos signed Perkins off of New England’s practice squad on September 18, 2023. In 2023, he made 13 tackles (9 solos, 4 assists) and two tackles for loss in seven games. He did not play in the 2024 preseason due to an injury. The Broncos released him on September 17, 2023. The Arizona Cardinals signed Perkins on October 16, 2024. He spent several weeks on the practice squad before the Cardinals released him on December 3, 2024.

Collegiately, Perkins played three seasons at Oklahoma (2018-20) with 99 tackles (61 solos, 38 assists), 32 tackles for loss, 16.5 sacks, one pass breakup, and one forced fumble in 33 games for the Sooners. He was named a two-time Second Team All-Big 12.
