The Orlando Storm signed tight end Shawn Bowman and offensive lineman Bryce Benhart on Friday according to the UFL Transactions page.

Shawn Bowman is six foot four and weighs 249 pounds. The 25-year-old from Bear, Delaware, signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent on May 10, 2024. In 2024, Bowman made one catch for 12 yards and one tackle (1 solo) in three preseason games. He spent the season on the practice squad. In 2025, Bowman made one catch for 10 yards in three preseason games. The Jaguars released him on August 26, 2025.

Collegiately, Bowman spent five seasons at the University of Maine (2019-22) with 86 catches for 960 yards, 11 touchdowns, and three tackles (1 solo, 2 assists) in 34 games for the Black Bears.

He was named Second Team Freshman All-American by Phil Steele in 2019, Third Team All-CAA and Fourth Team All-CAA by Phil Steele in 2021, and Third Team All-CAA in 2022. Then, he transferred to Rutgers in 2023 with four catches for 24 yards in 13 games for the Scarlet Knights.

Bowman attended Howard High School, where he was named First Team All-State, a two-time First Team All-Conference, and a Team Captain in 2016 and 2017. He led the team to the 2015 Flight B State Title and 2017 Flight B Division Championship. He was also an All Conference Basketball player from 2015-2017.

Bryce Benhart is six foot nine and weighs 295 pounds. The 25-year-old from Lakeville, Minnesota, attended the Detroit Lions rookie minicamp in 2025.

Collegiately, Benhart spent six seasons at Nebraska (2019-24), playing right tackle in 60 games for the Cornhuskers. In 2024, Benhart started 13 games. Nebraska averaged 359 yards, 228.4 passing yards per game, 130.6 rushing yards per game, and 38 touchdowns. He was a two-time All-Big 10 Honorable Mention.
