The Orlando Storm selected quarterbacks Jack Plummer and Dorian Thompson-Robinson in the 2026 Quarterbacks Draft, and selected wide receiver Elijhah Badger and offensive linemen Cole Schneider and Samuel Jackson in the Regional College Allocation on Monday.

Jack Plummer is six foot five and weighs 215 pounds. The 26-year-old from Dubuque, Iowa, signed with the Carolina Panthers as an undrafted free agent on May 10, 2024. In 2024, he completed 43 of 68 passes (63.2%) for 406 yards, two touchdowns, and six carries for one yard in three preseason games. He spent the season on the practice squad.

In 2025, he completed 23 of 38 passes (60.5%) for 210 yards, one touchdown, three interceptions, and three carries for 27 yards in three preseason games. The Panthers released him on August 25, 2025.

Collegiately, Plumber spent three seasons at Purdue University (2019-21), completing 319 of 492 passes (64.8%) for 3,405 yards, 26 touchdowns, 10 interceptions, 105 carries for 74 yards, one rushing touchdown, punting the ball two times for 61 yards, and one tackle (1 assist) in 21 games for the Boilermakers.

Next, he transferred to California in 2022, completing 282 of 451 passes (63%) for 3,095 yards, 21 touchdowns, nine interceptions, 52 carries for -126 yards, and one rushing touchdown in 12 games for the Golden Bears.

Then, he transferred to Louisville in 2023, completing 256 of 395 passes (64.8%) for 3,204 yards, 21 touchdowns, 12 interceptions, and 98 carries for 34 yards in 14 games for the Cardinals. He was named Third Team All-ACC.

Dorian Thompson-Robinson is six foot two and weighs 203 pounds. The 26-year-old from Columbia, South Carolina, was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the fifth round (140th pick) of the 2023 NFL Draft. He spent two seasons in Cleveland, completing 121 of 230 passes (52.6%) for 880 yards, one touchdown, 10 interceptions, and 35 carries for 187 yards in 15 games.

The Browns traded Thompson-Robinson to the Philadelphia Eagles on March 12, 2025, for a 2025 fifth-round pick. In 2025, he completed 10 of 16 passes (62.5%) for 73 yards, one interception, and two carries for no yards in three preseason games. The Eagles released him on August 24, 2025.

Collegiately, Thompson-Robinson played five seasons at UCLA (2018-22), completing 860 of 1,359 passes (63%) for 10,710 yards, 88 touchdowns, 36 interceptions, 471 carries for 1,826 yards, 28 rushing touchdowns, and four tackles (4 solos) in 50 games for the Bruins. He was named a two-time Second Team All-Pac 12.

Elijhah Badger is six foot one and weighs 200 pounds. The 24-year-old from Sacramento, California, signed with the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent on May 5, 2025. In 2025, he made three catches for 21 yards in two preseason games. The Chiefs released him on August 26, 2025.

Collegiately, Badger spent four seasons at Arizona State (2020-23) with 142 catches for 1,640 yards, 10 touchdowns, 18 carries for 111 yards, two rushing touchdowns, 20 kick returns for 578 yards, and two tackles (1 solo, 1 assist) in 35 games for the Sun Devils. He was named a two-time All-Pac 12 Honorable Mention.

Then, he transferred to Florida in 2024 with 39 catches for 806 yards, four touchdowns, and one kick return for 22 yards in 12 games for the Gators. He participated in the Hula Bowl in 2025.

Cole Schneider is six foot three and weighs 315 pounds. The 27-year-old from Fort Myers, Florida, re-signed with the Stallions on August 26, 2025. In 2025, he started seven games.

Birmingham averaged 24.4 points per game, 221.3 passing yards per game, 4.2 rushing yards per game, 327.1 total yards per game, 26 touchdowns, and allowed 24 sacks, finishing 7-3 for the season before losing to the Michigan Panthers in the USFL Conference Championship Game. The Stallions had re-signed Schneider on August 20, 2025.

The Birmingham Stallions signed Schneider as a free agent two weeks before the 2023 season began. After the season, Schneider signed with the Green Bay Packers. It was his second stint in Green Bay.

Schneider played nine games, of which one was a start. He was a key contributor in helping the Stallions win their second USFL championship in 2023. The Stallions’ offense ranked second in passing yards per game (217), first in passing touchdowns (21), third in rushing yards per game (115.6), and seventh in allowed sacks (16).

Schneider re-signed with the Birmingham Stallions on September 15, 2023. In 2024, Schneider started nine games for the Stallions.

Birmingham’s offense ranked first in total yards (3,475), rushing yards (1,347), second in passing yards (2,128), first in yards per game (347.5), and touchdowns (31) as the Stallions won the UFL Championship over the San Antonio Brahmas 25-0.

Collegiately, Schneider played four seasons at the University of Central Florida (2018-21), playing 49 games, of which 48 were starts at left guard. He was named First Team All-AAC in 2018. In his sophomore year, the Knights were ranked among national leaders in scoring and total offense.

Samuel Jackson is six foot five and weighs 330 pounds. The 27-year-old from Bradenton, Florida, signed with the Houston Roughnecks on October 4, 2024. In 2025, he played 10 games, of which nine were starts.

Houston averaged 18.3 points per game, four rushing yards per game, 185.4 passing yards per game, 274.4 total yards per game, 17 touchdowns, and allowed 15 sacks, finishing 5-5 for the season. The Roughnecks re-signed Jackson on July 15, 2025. The Roughnecks released him on July 23, 2025, and he signed with the New York Jets on the same day. Jackson played in three preseason games. The Jets released him on August 23, 2025.

The Jacksonville Jaguars signed Jackson as an undrafted free agent on May 12, 2023. He played three preseason games before the Jaguars released him on August 29, 2023.

Next, he signed with the Ottawa Redblacks on February 1, 2024. He played two preseason games for the Redblacks. Ottawa released him on June 1, 2024.

Collegiately, Jackson played six seasons at the University of Central Florida (2017-22), playing 63 games for the Knights. In 2022, the Knights’ offense had 6,331 total yards, 3,364 yards in passing, 2,967 yards in rushing, and 53 touchdowns. Jackson was named First Team All-AAC by Pro Football Focus and Second Team All-AAC by a vote of league coaches in 2022.
