The Hamilton Tiger-Cats re-signed offensive lineman Brandon Revenberg to a one-year contract extension through the 2026 season on Tuesday.

Brandon Revenberg is six foot four and weighs 300 pounds. The 33-year-old from Essex, Ontario, in 2025 started 18 games. Hamilton’s offense averaged 26.9 points per game, 376.4 net offense per game, 297.4 passing yards per game, 92.3 rushing yards per game, 46 touchdowns, and allowed 27 sacks, finishing the season with an 11-7 record.

He was part of an offensive line that helped running back Greg Bell rush for 1,000 yards in the 2025 season. He was named a CFL East All-Star and to the All-CFL Team.

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats drafted Revenberg in the first round (3rd pick) of the 2016 CFL Draft. In 2023, Revenberg started 18 games at left guard for the Ticats. He was named a CFL East All-Star in 2023. Hamilton’s offense finished seventh in points per game (22.7), fifth in offensive points per game (20.9), fifth in offensive touchdowns (35), fourth in net offense per game (352.0), seventh in rushing yards per game (96.7), and fourth in sacks allowed (46).

In 2024, he started 18 games. Hamilton averaged 27.5 points per game, 406.1 net offense per game, 86.6 rushing yards per game, 332.1 passing yards per game, and allowed 30 sacks, finishing 7-11 for the season.

In nine seasons, Revenberg played 156 games. Revenberg is a five-time All CFL-Team (2018-19, 2021-22, 2025), a six-time CFL East All-Star (2018-19, 2021-23, 2025), and a four-time winner of the Leo Dandurand Trophy (Outstanding Lineman) (2018, 2021, 2022, 2025).

Collegiately, Revenberg played four seasons at Grand Valley State (2011-14), playing 32 games, of which 25 were starts at right tackle for the Lakers. In 2013, Grand Valley State’s offense averaged 35.0 points, 431.3 yards of total offense per game, and 6.8 yards per play. He was named Second Team All-GLIAC in 2013.
