The Calgary Stampeders signed wide receivers Jeff Foreman and Jeremiah Hunter on Monday.

Jeff Foreman is six foot and weighs 186 pounds. The 26-year-old from Wichita, Kansas, signed with the Las Vegas Raiders as an undrafted free agent on May 10, 2024. In 2024, he did not see any action as he was placed on injured reserve. The Raiders released him on May 9, 2025.

Collegiately, Foreman spent five seasons at Arkansas State University (2019-23) with 104 catches for 2,067 yards, 13 touchdowns, completed 1 of 2 passes (50%) for 48 yards, one touchdown, 17 kick returns for 377 yards, and eight tackles (7 solos, 1 assist), and one fumble recovery in 58 games for the Red Wolves. In 2023, he made 29 catches for 573 yards, four touchdowns, and two tackles (2 solos), in 13 games.

Jeremiah Hunter is six foot two and weighs 212 pounds. The 23-year-old from Fresno, California, attended the Chicago Bears rookie mini-camp in 2025.

Collegiately, Hunter spent four seasons at California (2020-23) with 144 catches for 2,084 yards, 13 touchdowns, two kick returns for 18 yards, 28 punt returns for 234 yards, and three tackles (2 solos, 1 assist) in 33 games for the Golden Bears. He was named Second Team All-PAC 12 Conference by Phil Steele and Pro Football Focus in 2022 and Fourth Team All-PAC 12 Conference by Phil Steele in 2023.

Then, he transferred to Washington in 2024 with 36 catches for 490 yards, one touchdown, one carry for four yards, and one punt return for 13 yards in 13 games for the Huskies.
