The Winnipeg Blue Bombers signed wide receiver Jahmal Banks on Wednesday.

Jahmal Banks is six foot four and weighs 220 pounds. The 24-year-old from Washington, D.C., signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent on May 5, 2025. In 2025, he made one catch for six yards in three preseason games. The Ravens released him on August 26, 2025.

Collegiately, Banks spent four seasons at Wake Forest (2020-23) with 107 catches for 1,404 yards, 13 touchdowns, one carry for seven yards, completed one pass for 17 yards, and two tackles (1 solo, 1 assist) in 44 games for the Demon Deacons.

In 2023, he had a career-high 59 catches for 653 yards, four touchdowns, completed one pass for 17 yards, one carry for seven yards, and two tackles (1 solo, 1 assist) in 12 games. He was named an ACC Honorable Mention in 2022 after making 42 catches for 636 yards, and nine touchdowns in 12 games.

Then, he transferred to Nebraska in 2024 with 44 catches for 587 yards and three touchdowns in 13 games for the Cornhuskers. He was named the Brook Berringer Citizenship Team Award, a Sam Foltz 27 Hero Leadership Award, and a two-time Tom Osborne Citizenship Team Award.
